INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Clean area of skin being used

2. Ensure area is dry

3. Cut one RadTat crosshair or desired line length from sheet

4. Wet paper towel or cloth (warm water for patient comfort)

5. Peel clear adhesive from RadTat

6. Press this side (silver crosshair) against patients’ skin at laser/crosshair intersection

7. Press wet towel against back of RadTat (blue crosshair) for 10-15 seconds

8. Repeat steps for desired number of RadTats

Notes

No special care is needed to maintain RadTat – allow water torun across in shower, pat dry

No adhesive coverings required

RadTat will appear silver at first and darken over 24-48 hours to a dark black color

Minimum 3 RadTats are suggested, similar to previous patient skin marking techniques

Can be removed with alcohol pad if adjustment is needed
